About Pensar

Pensar is an established civil engineering, infrastructure and building company based in Brisbane and servicing the South East Queensland region. Our operations cover all elements of construction with contributions to some of Brisbane’s landmark developments and civil engineering projects.

In the last 7 years, Pensar has grown to an organisation with an annual turnover in excess of $50M, a growth supported by the service we offer our clients both in the field and at the project management level.

We understand that our clients and their projects are our business. As a result the focus of our operations is satisfying our client’s needs with capable and professional project management and construction personnel who understand each project’s requirements and issues.

Our relationship with our clients and their consultants begins before the tender stage. We are available to assist in the planning of works and construction budgeting from the point of concept, through the design or Development Approval process to completion. Assistance during these stages provides realistic budgets, minimises risk and can assist in reducing the overall project cost and duration.

In addition to the basic tenet of “delivery on time and within budget”, we review our projects during the physical construction phase for opportunities to reduce time and cost to the project. We understand that the changing construction environment must be monitored to ensure potential issues are identified early and managed effectively to reduce their impact.
